Northwestern Football

Northwestern Football has been on an up and down rollercoaster. The team had a 10 win season in 2012 and came out of the gates strong, winning their first 4 games, before going on a severe losing streak to finish the 2013 campaign at 5-7.

During the offseason, the most notable thing that happened was the Illinois courts ruling that the football players were actually employees of Northwestern and eligible to form a players union. This is a precedence setting case and could change the landscape of things in the future.
